Return and exchange:
The morning return and exchange policy provides customers with a clear view of when and how the product can be returned in a way that maintains customer satisfaction and preserves the rights of the company
If you are not satisfied with the product or if the product is defective, you can return and exchange
(During the website, you can return and exchange within 7 days) (During the exhibition, you can return within 1 day or exchange within 3 days)
With the calculation of the following conditions for both cases:-
If the product or merchandise includes a counterfeit trademark.
Replacement or refund to the agent in the event of a defect in the quality of manufacture of the product or the goods and the distributor, if there is a report from the agent.
If the goods and merchandise are in violation of the Saudi standard specifications.
During the return, the product must be in its closed packaging and original condition with the original invoice brought and the goods must be intact in its carton as delivered to the customer. Except for wall air conditioners, if they are installed on the wall, except with a report from the agent. Goods (screens, brooms, washers, and small parts) must be checked before they are removed from the exhibition or before the technician’s departure from the place of delivery, as they cannot be returned after being delivered to the customer in their good condition except through a report from the agent obligating us to return.
A deduction from the value of the goods in the event of delivery and installation, and the value of the discount is agreed upon between the consumer and the administration.
If the conditions for returning the goods are met, we must return the price to the customer within a short period, especially in expensive operations, unless we agree to specify another way to return the price.
Exceptions:
Malfunctions and damages resulting from misuse.
Failure to match the serial numbers of the device, the original carton, the colors or any other appearance compared to the product when it was received during the purchase process and as recorded on the purchase invoice.
The presence of missing parts.
In accordance with the laws of hygiene and public health, we do not accept returns of health and beauty products (shaving devices, hair removal devices, oral and dental health care devices, etc.), and they are not exchangeable or refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect in the product within a period of 3 days .
Printers, fax machines, copiers, shavers, and consumable products (such as toner) can only be returned or exchanged in their original condition.
Software and video games are non-refundable
Mobile phones, computers, and game consoles are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable, with the exception of product defects within 3 days.
Printers, fax machines, photocopiers, supplies and accessories are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable, with the exception of a defect or defect in the product within days.
In the event that the customer purchases a product with a gift and wants to return it for a defect in the product or according to the customer’s desire, the value of the gift will be deducted from the amount if the customer uses it.
Discount:
Any open box returned or exchanged is subject to the following discount:
Laptops, desktops or tablets plus mobile phones 30%
All other products 15%
The original invoice must be submitted.
In all the cases mentioned, the product will be tested after receiving it and our team will communicate with the maintenance department of the agent for the product and we will return as stipulated in the company’s report.
You must contact us to complete the return form before proceeding with the return process. The refund request form is valid for 3 days from its issuance.
If the product is returned due to a product defect, manufacturer defect, damage during product delivery or incorrect/wrong product delivery, no additional shipping service or bank transfer fee will be charged. In the event of a return request for other reasons, (the customer needs to exchange the product or the customer’s desire has changed in general), the shipping fee or bank transfer fee will be charged to the customer.
If the product is returned due to product defect, manufacturer defect, damage during product delivery or incorrect/wrong product delivery, no additional shipping service fees will be charged. In the event of returns for other reasons, (the customer needs to exchange the product or the customer’s desire has changed in general), shipping charges will be charged to the customer and other packaging fees if they are not available for some products.
When paying by installments, if the product is returned due to a defect in the product or a defect from the manufacturer or as a result of damage during the delivery of the product or due to the incorrect / wrong product delivery, the payment fee will not be refunded in installments. In the event of a return for other reasons (the customer’s need to change the product or the customer’s desire has changed in general), the full payment fees will be returned to the customer in installments.
When preparing to return the product, the product must be in its original condition with all accessories and instructions included. We do not accept returns on products that are scratched or damaged due to misuse or malfunction caused by using a mismatched volt. We reserve the right to agree to accept returns on products that do not meet the above criteria.
