Warranty Terms for Kitchen Pro Products

The products bearing the brand name Kitchen Pro

(1) The warranty period is two and a half years (36 months) from the date of issuance of the invoice. There is a table below showing the warranty period for each device, and spare parts are not covered by the warranty, considering them consumable, with a specified period for providing spare parts (the assumed lifespan of the device).

(2) The warranty covers malfunctions resulting from manufacturing defects.

(3) The warranty entails servicing the device and replacing defective parts, with the establishment having the right to repair or take appropriate action for devices that are out of warranty.

(4) Keep the purchase invoice and present it for inspection by the specialized technician when maintenance is needed.

(5) Do not heat or ignite charcoal on gas or ceramic surfaces.

(6) The warranty does not cover the breakage of oven glass, surfaces, or hoods.

(7) Washing or cleaning of the appliances is not covered by the warranty.

(8) When requesting maintenance service, please contact 8440 127 054 (Maintenance Requests Coordinator).

(9) Maintenance is limited to cities where there are maintenance centers for the dealer or an authorized technician by the dealer. If the location is far from the maintenance centers, the customer must bring it or ship it to the nearest maintenance center for the dealer.

(10) After the warranty expires, maintenance services are provided for a fee, and the customer will be informed in advance of all service charges (inspection fees, labor fees, cost of spare parts), as well as any requirements during the repair process. The company has the right to collect service charges in advance before or after the maintenance work immediately after it is completed. The repair guarantee is valid for 30 days only from the date on the invoice for the maintenance work and the spare parts used for the same malfunction only. (Note that inspection fees are deducted from labor fees in case of repair and are non-refundable if no repair is done.)

(11) If the appliances are installed by another party and are not in accordance with the installation and operation manual and the device specifications, the matter will be referred back to the executing party or a fee will be charged for adjusting the installation if possible.

(12) The maintenance center is not responsible if the device is not collected within 60 days after notifying the customer through available means after completing the maintenance.

(13) The establishment is not responsible for damages to the consumer, property, or the device resulting from improper use, contrary to the instructions in the operation manual.

(14) The company requires the use of a gas regulator designed for household use with a gas pressure of 50 millibars (standardized) according to the operation manual for all gas ovens to ensure user safety. Ventilation holes must be created for the ovens.
