Bank transfers may take several hours or two working days as a minimum, so the request will not be completed until after the bank transfer is confirmed. (The transfer request must be under the name of the person who made the request or one of his acquaintances with proof) to avoid theft and anonymous transfers.
credit card:
We accept payments by credit cards (Visa or MasterCard only) for online payments. In the case of online payment, the customer receives a notification on the screen as soon as the payment is accepted. We shall not bear any responsibility if the payment process is rejected or canceled by the credit card / mada card service provider for any reason. You should check with the bank providing the credit card / mada card service about the reason for the refusal. We do not store your credit card information on the website. All information and details that you enter through the electronic payment gateway are encrypted for the purpose of security protection, and communications to and from the service provider’s website are also encrypted.

Jeddah customers only! As we will cancel any order outside Jeddah that has not been transferred or paid via alternative methods.

You must ensure that the information related to your credit card that you use to pay for electronic services is correct, valid and accurate, and you must use the credit card / mada cards that are legally affiliated with you. Your personal information will not be used or shared by the electronic services with any third party, with the exception of verifying the legality of the information and not forging it or when requested by law or legal regulations or at the request of the court. Delivery:
The date of the shipping process depends on your purchase order, in terms of region (Jeddah and outside Jeddah) and in terms of payment method. Please note that reservation requests are not included within the standard shipping time summarized below.
Delivery within 6 working days except Friday and Saturday, as well as official holidays such as Eid and the Kingdom’s National Day. Shipping time during holidays takes up to 10 working days, or according to the conditions of working times in the Kingdom.
Delivery time is an estimate and is not guaranteed. To review the estimated delivery date and time please check the product page. The product page is regularly updated with the latest information. Delivery also depends on the customer’s acceptance and setting the delivery date with the site or with the shipping team. Delivery of small products with the shipping company:

Delivery of products outside Jeddah (through directors-shipping companies-):
Delivery cost: According to what is agreed between the customer and the company that produces the city and region of the customer. Where prices start from about 20 riyals per piece. And the cost of delivery from our warehouse to the shipping company in Jeddah, with a fee of 50 riyals.
The customer who orders the purchase of large products such as air conditioners, large refrigerators, large screens, will receive a phone call from the customer service team to confirm the available delivery time and date according to the times and policies of the shipping companies. On our website, it depends on the time available for delivery and is not guaranteed on the time specified on the page, and the delivery date is set with the customer service team by the company that produces the piece. Please note that the purchase orders of customers whose place of residence is more than 20 km from the known area and residential areas will be canceled immediately unless other methods are found that suit the customer and do not conflict with the morning policy, the policy of the directors and the shipping companies.
If the purchase is ordered from our website for both large and small products, the products will be delivered to the specified place but with different shipments and different times and according to the outlets.
Please note: The delivery of the products will be by the directors, meaning that the responsibility of Al-Sabah will end once it is handed over to the freight and receipt of the waybill. After that, it will be the responsibility of the shipping company and according to their regulations, and we disclaim any responsibility for any delay, breakage or damage that occurs to the products, as it is the responsibility of the carrier. In the event of a problem with the product, we will take the necessary action with the product’s agent and consider a solution if there are problems. The agent’s response takes approximately 4 working days as a maximum, and the solution is within 15 days. It varies from agent to agent.
The product is delivered to the customer and Al-Sabah is not responsible for how to deliver and load it to the customer, as it is the responsibility of the shipping company, and the shipping company and the customer agree on how to deliver the shipments through a phone call, as the customer’s failure to respond to the company is his responsibility.
In the event that the customer wants to return the product for a personal reason and not related to the condition of the product, within the return policy for online purchases or for purchases from our showrooms. The customer will pay the return fee, which is according to what the outlet calculates to the shipping company, and the customer will pay the value when the item is delivered to the shipping company, and in the event that the customer does not pay the shipping value, it will be deducted from the value of the returned item.
In all cases, Al-Sabah Company is not responsible for the product after it is delivered to the shipping company, as it is the responsibility of the shipping company and we cannot amend their policies.
Delivery of large products (Jeddah only):
Delivery cost: from 50 to 100 riyals
A customer who places an order for large products such as air conditioners, large refrigerators, large screens, will receive a phone call from the customer service team to confirm the available delivery time and date.

Delivery is free of charge to all cities and towns within 40 km from our showrooms.
Please note that the orders of customers whose residence is more than 20 km from our stores will be immediately canceled unless other methods are found that suit the customer and do not object to the morning policy.
If both large and small products are ordered from our website, the products will be delivered to the exact location but with different shipments and different times.
Please note: Delivery of large items will be a maximum for the third round. And 50 riyals for each additional role and up to a maximum of two additional roles.
In the event that the customer wants to return the product for a personal reason and not related to the condition of the product, within the return policy for online purchases or for purchases from our showrooms. If the home delivery service is completed, the 100 SAR home delivery fee will be deducted.
Express delivery (Jeddah and Makkah only):
Delivery feature is available for products available in the area warehouse and on the same day for purchases made before 4 pm and according to the city chosen, and the special terms and conditions in the areas covered by the delivery team are taken into account.
Al-Sabah website delivers the product to the customer whose data was registered during the electronic purchase process, or if the information of a person concerned with receipt was included.
In the event that the customer does not respond or emergency circumstances occur that may prevent the delivery of the product on the same day, our team will give priority to processing the customer’s request, taking into account the circumstances and reasons.
Express delivery fee will be 50 SAR in addition to the order amount.
Receipt from the exhibition (Jeddah and Makkah only):
Select “Receive from the gallery” in the delivery options, then we will prepare your order to receive it from the selected showroom. This service is available for the morning fairs of small products and some large products. We will contact you within the same day to let you know if the item is available or not. To confirm the “receipt from the exhibition” request, the customer will receive an email notification or a phone call within two hours, specifying the place and time of receiving the product. The rules of booking and receiving apply through the following:
A printed copy of the application notice sent by email is required, along with official proof.
For “receipt from the exhibition” requests, payment is made through our website within a maximum period of 7 days.
The order will only be delivered to the person registered when the order is created.
